Cookies & Cream White Chocolate Blondies



Time :1 hour 25 minutes

Level: Intermediate

Yields: 12 blondies



3/4 cup all purpose flour

2 XL Hersey’s Cookies and Cream Chocolate Bar

3/4 cup white granulated sugar

2 eggs

4 tablespoons milk

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 stick of butter

1 teaspoon almond extract

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

In a sauce pan on medium heat, combine the butter, milk, and sugar. When fully combined take of the heat and add in the chopped chocolate and stir. After the mixture has cooled, mix in your eggs and extracts. In a separate bowl combine the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda; sift it into the mixture.

Spread out the mixture in the pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.
